   Smooth for your tongue and very flavorsome and sweet. Both sides of our tofu are not crusts .This is the proof of handmade. Mass-production tofu is not.  
 

 
 QDKINU   RTO  360yen  

@Pure nigari kinu(silken) tofu. Nigari 100 % kinu. We've never mixed nigari with glconodeltalacton nor calcium sulfate which makes tofu-making process easier and make tofu unappetizing. Pure nigari tofu is softer than those using mixed coagulant.

 
 
 
 RDYOSETOFU    RTO  360yen  

   Yosetofu is taken from the surface of coagulated soymilk soon after we put nigari into it and stir them. The taste  is condensed , so it is very sweet.
 

 
 
SDSESAME-IN TOFU  PQO QOOyen 

   We put black or white sesame in soymilk and coagulate it. Each flavor is a little bit different.

 
 TDRAW YUBA    600yen 
 
  You can eat it raw. It tastes very good and of course very good for your health. It lessen your cholesterol
. You had better use soy sauce i.e. syouyu like when you eat raw fish.
